Mental Health First Aid Half Day - Aware

An effective introductory general awareness course

(up to 25 people)

Length: Half a day/4 Hours (previously known as 'Lite')

Audience: Employees, volunteers or anyone with an interest.

An introductory course, MHFA Half Day is fitted into just 4 hours. Through interactive and thought-provoking exercises and a dynamic presentation, the session aims to give a basic understanding of signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, to challenge attitudes and reduce stigma. It will also help people to feel more confident in dealing with and supporting people who suffer from mental ill health. There is ample opportunity for questions and all delegates receive a certificate and a manual with a resources pack.

We will come to you and train your staff for £100 per person. The Line Manager's Resource can be ordered in hard copy for £10pp (recommended for anyone with supervisory or management responsibility). 

There may be a discount available for organisations wishing to block book a series of courses.
